Hi everyone,

This is Millie again and I would like to share the story of one of our clients with you. This client was driving to a job interview when another vehicle rear ended their car making causing them to lose control and hit an electric pole. The client suffered severe back, leg and hip injuries. The other driver had been texting while driving (TWD) when the accident occurred. The defendant was uninjured, but the plaintiff has subsequently had multiple surgeries and prolonged therapy for a long period of time. This client called us looking for financial help to cover mortgage and living expenses. This client was behind on their mortgage and facing foreclosure. Our underwriting team reviewed her case and in a short period of time were able to approve this case for funding.

The CMG cash funding helped to save this client’s home and stay on schedule with other bill payments. This client continues to still undergo physical therapy, but has since been able to find a part-time, light duty job that allows them to continue treatment while working to keep financially stable. If you or anyone you know who has a pending lawsuit is going through a difficult time and needs financial help, please contact us.
