Texting while driving leads to multiple surgeries by Millie CSR

This is Millie again and I would like to share the story of one of our clients with you. This client was driving to a job interview when another vehicle rear ended their car making causing them to lose control and hit an electric pole. The client suffered severe back, leg and hip injuries. The other driver had been texting while driving (TWD) when the accident occurred. The defendant was uninjured, but the plaintiff has subsequently had multiple surgeries and prolonged therapy for a long period of time.
