Hi, everyone! It’s CSR Alicia again. Nothing makes me happier than knowing my hard work has gone towards easing a client’s financial crisis. Just recently, I spoke with a client about their medical malpractice case. They had lower back surgery that, due to doctor error, caused their body to leak spinal fluid resulting in spinal meningitis for over six months. This client has been unemployed a year now and was in desperate need of some money to pay rent for the month of February. This being the end of January, time was critical.  Thankfully, I was able to get copies of all the pertinent medical records for our funding review. This client was later approved with the help of our expert attorney. I’m happy to say that they will be receiving a check from us tomorrow morning and keeping a roof over their head.
