Plaintiff Fundings Attorney Advances Consultant Services

Medical Malpractice Funding Forces Us to Appreciate What We Have by Rosie Underwritier

CMG Underwriting, Medical Malpractice, Wrongful Death Comments (1)

Hi there.  It’s underwriter Rosanne again. I hope your holidays were pleasant and relaxing. It’s important to remember what we have in the holiday season, and nothing reminded me of that more than when I reviewed a particularly sad medical malpractice case recently. A plaintiff had just lost his wife due to a long battle with lung cancer right before the holidays. As a result of a delayed diagnosis, the cancer was complicated. The plaintiff contacted us for lawsuit cash funding to help pay things that insurance doesn’t like, sadly, for funeral costs for there late spouse. Thankfully, CMG provided a cash funding for what has now become a wrongful death lawsuit. The medical malpractice attorney handling the case was eager to help us review and approve their application for a cash funding toward the families pre-settlement lawsuit. My heart went out to this family, and I’m extremely glad that CMG was able to make their life a little easier during an incredibly stressful ordeal.

If you are in a similar situation or know someone involved in a wrongful death lawsuit, ask them to call us at 1.800.264.2274 or apply online for a free funding review. This blog represents an actual CMG call.  The personal and medical details of this client interaction have been omitted or altered to protect the plaintiff’s anonymity.
