Welcome to the first CMG employee blog, a company-wide effort to give potential and current brokers and clients a glimpse into our day-to-day processes, and our heads! This project is partially my brainchild (if I don’t say so myself) and I think it will be incredibly revealing, not only giving us means to better help our clients and enhance our business, but also find a deeper understanding of how we, as employees, fit into the picture of Cambridge Management Group as a whole.
Through this project, we are hoping to lift the veil, so to speak. We intend to provide peeks into daily operations, information about changes in the business, recaps of success stories, tips about how we can work together to achieve maximum results, and much more.
