Drunk Driving Victim Gets $15,000 Cash Funding by Aja CSC
Hi, blog readers, it’s Aja! I recently took in an application for a plaintiff involved in a horrendous drunk driving accident, the details of which shocked me. The plaintiff had been hit head on by a drunk driver who was driving the opposite direction into oncoming traffic. Miraculously, both parties survived. However, the accident left the plaintiff with serious injuries so far requiring three surgeries on their legs and ankles for blocked nerves, plus multiple lacerations and possible spinal fusions in the future. Because of the severity of the injuries and the elongated recovery time, the plaintiff was left unemployed and in need of money to keep her financially secure.
Hearing the plaintiff’s story first hand was at once incredibly harrowing and uplifting. She was lucky to be alive after such an accident!
