Oh, do I have stories!  But the attorney in me will NOT “breach any confidences.”  So I along with the other CMG attorneys and the Vice President of the company examine the liability, damages, causation and value for lawsuits and claims.  We work everyday to review cases for cash fundings for plaintiffs involved in various types of lawsuits. 

Here is one… a wrongful termination and discrimination case we funded recently.  A commercial driver was discriminated against and later wrongfully terminated by his employer.  His annual earnings were significant and since his termination he has been unable to retain gainful employment.  All you have to do is watch the first 5 minutes of the Today Show to know that the current economic conditions aren’t good for job searching now.  It made me feel great to help this person through his financial struggles. Because of our cash funding, this plaintiff has a roof over his head….that feels good.
