Customer Service, Getting to Know CMG Comments (3)

Hello all, this is Brian, the CMG contract guy! I love working one on one with clients to complete their contract and send their money out quickly, but sometimes there are unexpected hurdles. For instance, I just finished processing a file for a client that I couldn’t speak directly with because of a language barrier.  The client I was dealing with only spoke Spanish; usually a problem for most companies, but not here at CMG! I was lucky enough to have Millie, one of our awesome customer service reps, talk to the client on my behalf. Even though I have taken several Spanish classes from middle school all the way through college, I realize my Spanish is far from perfect and communicating the specifics of our funding contract is best left to someone who is completely fluent and can convey all the details and excitement that goes with a funding.  When I take a look around the office, I see many employees who are multilingual - customer service, underwriting, marketing and even our accounting department each have at least one person who can speak two or more languages fluently. Communication is a key component here at CMG in helping our clients. It is our thorough communication, dedication, and forward-thinking that allows us to review cases and get clients funded as quickly as possible.

Adios!   -Brian
