How the year has flown! Would you believe I am entering my third year with CMG? I can barely believe it myself! This past year was filled with a lot of change and excitement; I can’t wait to see what this coming year will bring. In 2009, we accomplished a lot and made some changes to help us improve our business. I am especially proud of the effort everyone has been making to contribute insightful thoughts and create meaningful dialogue through the CMG blog, and I can’t help but think that this is only the beginning of what we’re capable of.
I’m also impressed with how our customer service team has persisted and improved through increased workflow and the myriad advances we have made in assisting our clients. Helping a plaintiff receive a cash funding against their auto, medical malpractice, or slip and fall case in a timely manner is paramount, and the unwavering goal of the CSR team.
Our mission to improve CMG by expanding and intensifying our services is an unending one, and something we take great pride in. See you in 2010!
